What to cover
Anything the recipient did not ask for is safer covered.

Frequently asked questions
Should I cover the employer name?
No. If the point is to prove employment or income, leave the company name visible.
Will covering the amounts get me rejected?
For income proof, leave the amounts. For a background or residency check, follow whatever the recipient specifies.
Can I redact several months at once?
Process them one page at a time, then merge the pages into a single PDF.
